Explaining Panda
New technology to make your life easier. No longer will you have to print out your estimate ,sign then take a picture or scan them to send it back . You can just click , sign , click and the site will send it to us to get put on the schedule. “What’s This in my inbox? “”It doesn’t say Fields Irrigation?” “ A Dawne Beasley?” I don’t know a Dawne Beasley or a Monica Nuckols!” We have gotten so much confusion revolving around Panda Doc, The program we use to send our estimates . This program allows our customers to electronically sign any document we send them. When you get an email from Panda Doc It does not say Fields Irrigation. Panda doc sends emails using the user name of the ladies that work in the office. We are trying out this paperless signature system. It allows us to accrue a paper trail of documentation for our customers which allows us to serve you better . When you receive a Panda Doc email your estimate is attached to it. To pull up the attachment, simply click the blue document (box) Icon. Clicking that icon will take you to the panda doc website where you can read your estimate. If you approve of the price you may sign this estimate by clicking the small yellow icon above the estimate that says start. The “start” icon will immediately scroll down to the first field where you sign. Once all the fields on your document are signed , Panda Doc sends the estimate over to us where we schedule your project.
Planting
Spring is here! Birds and Blooms are out which means its time to start your planting projects. Now is a good time to fertilize your roses, hydrangeas and Azaleas We recommend Bio-tone starter , Fish fertilizer or any other liquid fertilizer once a month for all flowering shrubs . Our Annuals are a week away from being delivered. Sunpatients are on sale for $7.00 supplied and installed with a 10 flower minimum . Those that want an estimate for flowers Should contact us now . Now is a great time to visit your local nursery and get planting ideas . For execution of those ideas contact the office . We are now charging $50.00 for landscaping Image editor plans. For those of you that sign your estimates, your Image editor payment will go toward the project.
Weeding
Pulling weeds can be back breaking work so don’t do it. Just get us to do it. Fields offers Both spraying roundup or manually augmenting weeds. A round up application is $55.00 for a visit, hand weeding is charged at $55.00 per man per hour.
Repairs
We are Getting ready to schedule all of the repairs observed during the time of startup. If you had your start up a week ago or later please make sure that unless your start up invoice stated “system running properly” we have sent you a repair estimate. If you have not signed your repair estimate and would like to get your problems remedied, please sign the estimate as soon as possible to be put on the schedule.
Soil Test
Our crews are in the process of collecting soil test of those that have signed a chemical contract this year. Soil test visitations are not scheduled like other services. Please do not be alarmed if you spot a blue or yellow shirt employee in your yard stealthily collecting samples to take to the lab. Once we get the samples back we will go through them and begin sending out quotes for those who need additional lime applications . Lime is to be applied in multiple applications as soil can only absorb up to fifty pounds per 1,000 square feet every ninety days.
Scheduling
Please Review Fields Irrigation’s Scheduling policy . We Schedule all of our services in the order we receive the signed estimates. It is important to sign up for services as soon as possible to get on the schedule early. Signing estimates will get you on the list to be scheduled. Payments are not due until after the service has been completed.
